Trailer Horn Review

Trailer Horn is a 1950 animated short film produced by Disney. It’s such a fun short.

Donald is on vacation with his trailer parked by the lake, but his peace of mind is soon interrupted by Chip and Dale. This is another strong Chip and Dale outing where they torment poor Donald to no end. The highlights include that fun ending and of course the scene where he tries unsuccessfully to jump into a lake.

There is nothing in this movie that we’ve not seen before. It lacked amazing humor, situations and plot of some of its predecessors, but what it does have is superb animation with gorgeous natural landscapes that only Disney cartoons from this era had. It also has solid score and funny noises from all three of our favorite animal characters.

Trailer Horn is a very well animated and fun Donald Duck short that is familiar, but so well executed across the board.
