How to Stuff a Woodpecker is a 1960 animated short film from the Woody Woodpecker series. It is a very weak flick.
Professor Dingledong relates the story of how he managed to catch and stuff Woody Woodpecker. This is such a standard entry in the series that ended with a gag that I could see coming from a mile away. It had no originality throughout its run as everything was so familiar and uninspired.
The only reason why this movie somewhat worked largely lies in the Dingledong character, who is very amusing in his fake German accent and fun dialogue. Woody is sidelined here and quite forgettable while the other animals were also boring. The animation is fine, but the score is not great.
