Little Beaux Pink ReviewLittle Beaux Pink Review

Little Beaux Pink is a 1968 animated short film from the Pink Panther series.

The Pink Panther and a sheep come to live in Cattle County, Texas, and have to endure a sheep-abusing cattleman. What I found interesting here is the overall setting. Texan setting is new for this series, and that led to an authentic rustic feel to it. I particularly liked that cattleman and his frustrations with the sheep.

The Little Man doesn’t appear here, but the cattleman himself is a lot of fun and so is Pink. I found the animation suitably charming. Some of the moments are excellent here, but the film needed more momentum in terms of action and humor as most of it isn’t particularly memorable nor is it amusing.

Little Beaux Pink has its rustic appeal and a great animation, but it suffers in the humor/action department.

My Rating – 3.7
