Dude Duck is a 1951 animated short film produced by Disney. It’s a weak flick.
Donald is on vacation at a tourist ranch. After all the beautiful women have picked out the best horses, Donald ends up with Rover Boy, a horse that is disliked by Donald. I did not quite care for this one. This horse had a typical design and behavior for Disney and was more annoying than endearing to be honest.
This is not focused as much on Donald himself, which is always frustrating. He should be the star and not the supporting player in his films. The animation is stellar here and I liked the beginning quite a bit, but the second half was lackluster and uninteresting. The movie felt too long and unfunny.
