Cat Feud is a 1958 animated short film from the Merry Melodies series. It is a very forgettable cartoon.
The movies with Marc Antony do not appeal to me. This bulldog got quite a few of these shorts, but none stand out as particularly interesting or unique. This one has its moments. The role of Pussyfoot is solid and when the cat came onto the scene, the flick became more lively and fun.
However, most of it felt very weak. Its setting is typical, the animation is nothing special and the movie’s tone is overly lightweight and not funny enough. The humor is entirely lacking here while the movie skews quite young without ever including anything for all ages.
