Bobolink Pink Review

Bobolink Pink is a 1975 animated short film from the Pink Panther series.

This is yet another familiar entry in the Pink Panther series which has seen a fair share of adopting a baby animal storylines before. This one is different in that he actually tries to teach the bird how to fly, which was an important step in the baby’s growing up process.

I loved the baby. The design was great and every scene between the two was so cute. However, even though the animation and the charm are incredible, the storytelling is subpar and especially the humor is weak as the scenarios here are all rather pedestrian. I wanted more from this charming, but weaker short.

Bobolink Pink is such a cute flick with a lovable bird at its center, but the humor and plot aren’t all that great unfortunately.
