Lucky Number is a 1951 animated short film from the Woody Woodpecker series. It is a pretty solid flick.
Donald, without knowing it, has the winning number from a contest where he won a car, and his nephews are going to claim it as a surprise for their uncle. This movie has that winning formula where the nephews both try to cheat Donald and give him a gift. The execution is not the greatest, but this concept reliably worked.
The animation is stellar, Donald is quite memorable and the highlight is the gag where one of the nephews dons a wig and tricks Donald. His infatuation made this sequence hilarious, though admittedly very odd. I wished for more of those great moments and the ending is standard, but the proactive nephews stole the movie and were a lot of fun.
